Use this tool to send messages to MTNS subscribers. Keep in mind there is a system-wide quota that you may not exceed. For larger channels, limit to 2 messages per 24 hours. All MTNS correspondence counts towards your Google Account's daily quota. Please also note that messages longer than 140 characters may be cut off on the user's end.
